Personal Training Online
Online coaching offers you the opportunity to train individually and purposefully with my support, regardless of where you are.
The training program is completely geared to your possibilities. You implement the training in your own fitness studio. Depending on the equipment available to you there, I will create your personal training program so that you can achieve lasting progress and success.
The package includes:
- Initial questionnaire/initial check up
- Customized training programs
- Nutrition counseling
- Supplement recommendations
- Regular online coaching appointments via Zoom (every 3-4 weeks, depending on training frequency)
Your online coaching process
Use the contact form to let me know that you are interested in online coaching. If required, we will conduct a brief initial telephone consultation.
You book the online personal coaching, receive an invoice from me and transfer it. As soon as I have received the invoice amount, you will receive an incoming check questionnaire by e-mail where you can enter all the important information about yourself.
Please return the completed questionnaire to me by e-mail. If you want, but this is not a requirement, you can send me short videos of your current performance in the most important exercises in which you want to improve (e.g. squat, deadlift, pull-up, bench press).
Afterwards we have the first Zoom appointment (duration: 30min). Here we will discuss your first training program, which I will send you in advance by e-mail. In addition to the training program, you will receive videos to explain the individual exercises if necessary. You will also receive the first input for adapting your diet.
As soon as you have completed the first training program, send me back your completed plan. Based on this, you will receive my feedback and the program for the next, second training phase at the next Zoom appointment. Here, as well, you will receive new input for your diet as required. This means I can always focus on your progress and your current status quo.
Queries can be made by e-mail during the entire training phase.
The online coaching costs €150 per phase. One phase lasts 3-4 weeks, depending on the frequency of training.
The minimum term is 4 phases (12-16 weeks).
